I am a qualified Transpersonal Art therapist ( College of Complimentary Medicine) with a passion to support people on their life's journey, so that they may live a more joyful and meaningful life. I am also a practising Artist and Film maker and i am passionate about the power of creativity as a tool to heal. As a teenager i was hospitalised with anorexia and have experienced dark places and depression in my life, Art has been an incredible tool in my journey to shift from feeling like a victim to standing tall and strong in the world connected to my purpose and spirit.
We have infinite wisdom and knowledge within us all, we just need to listen and look inside. Unlock our creative door and allow our wild and free self to come alive.
Art therapy can assist in overcoming blocks and struggles in our life and help you move towards self empowerment and awareness. Creativity and meditation can help improve your quality of life by providing resources to deal with life's challenges and stresses.
I have worked at Several Youth Services around Sydney and specialise in running creative groups for teenagers and childrens, Using tribal elements such as mask making, painting and connecting to nature. Through this fun creative exploration, young people can find confidence in themselves and their uniqueness, find a sense of belonging and set goals to create a more fun and fulfilling lives!
